Cauli-Carrot Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 teasp Cumin Seeds
½ teasp Coriander Seeds, crushed
5cm/2-inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Large Carrots, cut into 2.5cm/1-inch batons
1 Cauliflower, broken into small florets
Salt
1 tbsp Lime Juice
2 teasp Sugar
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, add the cumin seeds, coriander
seeds and cinnamon and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
2. Add the carrot and cauliflower and stir fry for 5 minutes.
3. Add lemon juice, salt and sugar and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes, turning
frequently, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
