2. Meanwhile heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the the onion and garlic and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
3. Sprinkle in the paprika, then add the sultanas, parsley and tomatoes. Mix well.
4. Drain the cauliflower well then add to the tomato mixture. Mix well, adjust the seasoning and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
