1/2 a large
Cauliflower, broken into tiny florets
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced sliced
1 tbsp freshly chopped Coriander
1. Heat the olive
oil in a medium saucepan, add the garlic and sauté gently for 2-3 minutes
or until soft.
2. Raise the heat
add the cauliflower florets and stir-fry for 5 minutes, tossing well so that
they are coated with oil.
