Cauliflower with Coriander Veg HT ACC 25mins
Ingredients 1/2 a large
Cauliflower, broken into tiny florets
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan, add the garlic and sauté gently for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
2. Raise the heat add the cauliflower florets and stir-fry for 5 minutes, tossing well so that they are coated with oil.
3. Reduce the heat, partially cover with a lid, and cook gently for 5 minutes until softened.
4. Stir in the chopped coriander and cook for a further minute, stirring. Serve immediately.
