Vegetables Spices Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy Free
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Onion, sliced
1 Chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 teasp Ground Cumin
1 teasp Ground Turmeric
Salt and Pepper
675g/1˝ lb Marrow, peeled and cubed
1 Red Capsicum (Sweet Pepper) sliced
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes,
turning from time to time.
2. Add the garlic, chilli, cumin, turmeric, salt and pepper and continue to fry
for 2 minutes.
3. Add the marrow, capsicum and water, mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes,
stirring from time to time.
