Coconut Carrots Veg HT ACC 30minsServes 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegan Vegetables Dairy Gluten Wheat Free Eggless Accompaniment
Ingredients 450g/1lb Carrots, chopped 150ml/5fl.oz. tinned Cream of Coconut (not milk)
Instructions
1. Place the carrots and cream of coconut in a saucepan. Mix well.
2. Bring to simmering point then partly cover and simmer for 20 minutes until carrots are tender.
