Coriander Cauliflower Veg

1 Medium Cauliflower
150ml/5fl.oz. Strong Fresh Vegetable Stock
2 teasp Ground Turmeric
3 tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander (cilantro)
6 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
Salt and Black pepper
1. Break the cauliflower into florets. Set aside.
2. Bring the stock to the boil in a large saucepan , add the turmeric and
cauliflower, cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the cauliflower is just
