Coriander Cauliflower  Veg  HT  ACC  20mins

Serves 4     Hot Vegetarian Vegan Vegetables Spices Herbs Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless

1 Medium Cauliflower
150ml/5fl.oz. Strong Fresh Vegetable Stock
2 teasp Ground Turmeric
3 tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander (cilantro)
6 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
Salt and Black pepper


1. Break the cauliflower into florets. Set aside.

2. Bring the stock to the boil in a large saucepan , add the turmeric and cauliflower, cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the cauliflower is just tender.
3. Remove the cauliflower from the saucepan with a slotted spoon to a large serving bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve immediately.
