Baked Mushrooms HT ACC 35mins
6 Hot Vegetables
1 teasp Hot Pepper
1 tbsp freshly
1. Preheat the
oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4.
2. Place the
mushrooms in a heatproof casserole and set aside.
3. Place the
flour, salt and red pepper sauce in a saucepan place over a medium heat then
gradually whisk in stock until mixture is smooth.
4. Add the chives
and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
5. Pour over the
mushrooms, cover and bake for 25 minutes.
6. Remove from the
oven and stir in the sour cream. Serve hot.
