lbs. Button Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and washed
pinch of freshly grated Nutmeg
Place the sprouts in a large saucepan, cover with salted water then bring
to a boil and cook, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
Heat the butter in a large frying pan over high heat until it browns.

To serve - transfer to a heated serving dish,
sprinkle with nutmeg, salt and pepper and serve immediately.
