4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Accompaniment
Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
4 tbsp Butter
1 teasp Black
1 teasp Freshly
1 teasp Salt
Green Beans, thinly sliced on the diagonal
¼ teasp Paprika
Unsweetened Shredded (desiccated) Coconut
2 tbsp Freshly
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1. Heat the butter
in a large frying pan or wok over moderate heat hot.
2. Add the mustard
seeds and fry for 30 seconds.
3. Stir in the
onions, ginger, salt and pepper, mix well then add the green beans and paprika
and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4. Add the coconut
and coriander, reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes stirring
from time to time, until the beans are tender.
5. Sprinkle with
lemon juice, adjust the seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.
