2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
2 tbsp freshly chopped Parsley
Salt and Black Pepper
1. Heat half of the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat until melted.
2. Add the fiddleheads and immediately turn the heat up to high then cook,
tossing from time to time for about 5 minutes.
3. Add the remaining butter, garlic and parsley and continue cooking for a
further 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
