Swedes, peeled and cut into chunks
and Black Pepper
2 teasp Freshly
Grated Root Ginger
Parsley to garnish
Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the swede and cook
for 20 minutes or until tender.
2. Drain well then mash together until smooth.
Add the butter, salt, pepper and ginger and beat with a wooden spoon. Serve hot
sprinkled with parsley.
