Baby Carrots, left whole
2 tbsp Runny
A little extra
1. Place the
carrots in a saucepan and add the salt, butter and the honey,
mix well then add enough water to come three-quarters of the way up the carrots.
Bring to the boil, cover and simmer until just tender.
2. Remove the
lid and bring the liquid back to the boil. Boil vigorously until the liquid
has reduced to a syrupy glaze, shaking the pan as necessary to prevent the

the glazed carrots into a warm serving dish.
