Fresh Green Beans, cut into 2.5cm/1 inch lengths
tinned Chopped Tomatoes
tbsp Freshly chopped Chives
tbsp Pine Nuts
tbsp Lemon Juice
Heat the oil in a large pan, add the garlic and sauté gently for
2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the beans and cook,
stirring, for 5 minutes.

ingredients and bring to the boil stirring constantly.
