Glazed Squash HT ACC
4 Hot Vegetables
Nuts Dried Fruit Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
2 Acorn Squash
(about 175g/6oz each)
25g/1oz Melted Butter
2 tbsp chopped Pine nuts
2 tbsp chopped Raisins
2 teasp Worcestershire Sauce
1. Preheat the
oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6. Cut the squash
in half lengthways but do not remove seeds.
2. Place the
squash cut sides up in baking tin and bake for 30 - 45 minutes or until soft.
