Serves 6 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Vegetables
Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless Hungary Eastern Europe
90ml/3fl.oz. White Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 teasp Salt
1/4 teasp Freshly ground Pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped Onions
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
Paprika to garnish
1. Peel the cucumbers and cut into paper thin slices and place in a large mixing
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl, ensuring the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Add the dressing to the cucumber and mix well. Sprinkle with a little
paprika and serve at room temperature or chilled.
