Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
Swedes, peeled and cut into chunks
and Black Pepper
freshly Grated Nutmeg
tbsp freshly chopped Parsley
Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the potatoes and swede and cook
for 20 minutes or until tender.
2. Drain well then mash together until smooth.
Add the butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg and beat with a wooden spoon. Serve hot
sprinkled with parsley.
