Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegan Vegetables Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless Ingredients
450g/1lb Greens, finely shredded 2
tbsp Olive Oil 2
Garlic Cloves, crushed Salt
to taste 1 teasp Paprika Instructions 1.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and sauté
for 1 minute. 2. Add the greens, salt and paprika, turn to coat with oil and sauté gently for 5-8 minutes, turning frequently. Serve immediately.
