other Mushrooms, cleaned
2-3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, chopped
3 Garlic Cloves,
2-3 Serrano Chillies, chopped
3 tbsp finely chopped Epazote
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Heat the oil in
a large frying pan add the onion and sauté until soft and transparent.
2. Add the
garlic and sauté for a further minute then add the mushrooms, chilies,
and epazote and cook, stirring from time to time, for 8-10 minutes. Season with
salt and pepper. Serve hot.
