Spinach With Dill Veg

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
2 tbsp Freshly Chopped Dill
275g/10oz Frozen Spinach, thawed
Salt and Pepper
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onion and garlic and sauté gently
for 5 minutes until soft and golden.
2. Add the dill to saucepan and continue to sauté for 2 minutes then add the
tomato sauce, bring to the boil then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10
3. Add the spinach and water, bring to the boil then reduce the heat again,
cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
