Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. Place the cornflour and sugar in a
bowl together with 5 tablespoons of the milk and mix to a paste.
Add the eggs, beating well then add the remaining milk, salt, vanilla, and the
entire contents of the tine of sweetcorn and mix well.
Transfer to a shallow ovenproof dish and bake for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
