Baked Beetroot Veg HT ACC 190mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free EgglessIngredients 4 Raw Beetroot (about 200g/7oz each) Salt and Pepper Butter Soured Cream to serve Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4. Wash the beetroot but do not trim.
2. Lightly grease 4 pieces of foil, each large enough to wrap 1 beetroot. Place a beetroot on each piece of foil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add a knob of butter then wrap tightly. Bake for 2-3 hours.
3. To serve - Unwrap the parcels and top each beetroot with a dollop of soured cream. Serve hot
