Broccoli in White Wine Sauce Veg

675g/1½ lb Broccoli
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
2 tbsp Cornflour
150ml/5fl.oz. White Wine (check manufacture)
Salt and Pepper
¼ teasp Dried Mixed Herbs
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces, wash well then place in a pan of
boiling and cook for 8 minutes.

Return the pan to a low heat and stir constantly until it thickens. Add the
herbs, salt and pepper and cook, stirring for a further 5 minutes.
Add the broccoli to the sauce and heat gently, mixing well, until heated through
