Ingredients
250g/9oz
Shallots, peeled
25g/1oz Butter
1 heaped tbsp
Caster Sugar
Salt and Black
Pepper
Instructions 1. Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to the boil, add the shallots and cook for for 8-10 minutes. Drain well.
