Creamed Artichoke Hearts Veg HT ACC 15mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients: 50g/2oz Butter 1 x 400g/14oz Tin of Artichoke Hearts 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Salt & Pepper 6 tbsp Single Cream
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the drained artichoke hearts, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and cook very gently for 10 minutes.
2. Remove pan from heat and stir in the cream. Heat the sauce through very gently, without boiling. Serve immediately.
