Creamed Potatoes Veg HT ACC 30mins
Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Accompaniment Gluten Wheat free Eggless
Ingredients 675g/1˝lb Potatoes Water Salt 50g/2oz Butter 8 tbsp Cream
Instructions
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into even sized chunks. Place in a pan of salted water, bring to the boil and cook for 20-25 minutes, until tender but not overcooked.
2. Strain into a colander then transfer back to the rinsed out pan. Mash the potatoes with a fork or potato masher until no lumps remain then add the milk and butter and beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until smooth and creamy. Serve hot.
