Creamed Spinach Veg HT ACC 15mins

Serves 4 Hot Vegetables Vegetarian Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless Ingredients: 900g/2lb Fresh Spinach 6 tbsp Single Cream 25g/1oz Butter Salt and Pepper
Instructions 1. Wash the spinach well under cold running water.
2. Please in a large saucepan with only the water which remains clinging to the leaves. Cover and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until just wilted.
3. Drain in a colander and turn the vegetables onto a clean chopping board. Chop finely.
4. Melt the butter in the saucepan then return the chopped spinach together with the cream, salt and pepper. Mix well and heat through. Serve hot.
