Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free
Ingredients 450g/1lb Mashed Potatoes Salt and Pepper 2 Egg Yolks 50g/2oz Butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200C,400F, Gas mark 6.
2. Beat the egg yolks and butter into the mashed potatoes and season well.
3. Pipe into large rosettes onto a greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes until browned.
Alternatively, pipe into circles, bake as above and fill the centre of each with diced carrots, peas or other vegetable.
