Fried Pumpkin HT Veg ACC 30mins
Serves 4-6 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Accompaniment Eggless
Ingredients 675g/1-1/2lb Pumpkin Flesh, cut into large chunks Salt and Plenty of Black Pepper 50g/2oz Plain Flour 50g/2oz Butter
Instructions
1. Place the pumpkin chunks in large mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the flour and stir to coat.
2. Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add pumpkin and cook, turning frequently, until golden brown and tender.
