Guava Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients 4
Small Sweet Potatoes, cooked and peeled Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 180C, 250F, Gas Mark 4 and grease a
shallow baking dish which is large enough to take the sweet potatoes in
one layer. 2.
Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthways and
arrange in a single layer in greased dish. 3.
In a saucepan, heat the guava jelly and butter, stirring constantly, until
melted. 4.
Drizzle half of the guava syrup over the potatoes
and roast for 15 minutes. 5.
Turn the potatoes and baste with remaining syrup. Continue to roast for a
further 15 minutes. Serve hot.
