Guava Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Small Sweet Potatoes, cooked and peeled
210ml/7fl.oz. Guava Jelly
2 tbsp Butter
Preheat the oven to 180C, 250F, Gas Mark 4 and grease a
shallow baking dish which is large enough to take the sweet potatoes in

arrange in a single layer in greased dish.
In a saucepan, heat the guava jelly and butter, stirring constantly, until
