Pork Vegetables Accompaniment Gluten Wheat
Dairy Free Eggless
tbsp Olive Oil
Onion, finely chopped
Rashers Streaky Bacon
pinch of Sugar
Heat the oil in a saucepan and gently brown the onion. Add the bacon and fry
over medium heat for 10 minutes.
. Add the peas, salt, pepper and sugar, cover and cook over low heat for 10
minutes. Serve immediately.
