Potato and Anchovy Bake HT ACC 50mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetables Fish Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free EgglessIngredients 1 Onion, finely chopped 450g/1lb Potatoes 50g/2oz Anchovy Fillets 240ml/8 fl.oz. Single Cream Black Pepper Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas mark 6 and butter a shallow ovenproof dish. 2. Soak the anchovies in cold water, then chop. Peel the potatoes, and cut into matchstick-sized sticks. Layer the dish with potatoes, anchovies and onions. Pour over the cream and bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes. 3. Place under the grill to brown. Serve immediately.
