Roast Pumpkin HT Veg ACC British 60mins
Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless Britain Europe
Ingredients: 1.3kg/3lb Pumpkin, cut into 8 wedges and deseeded Black Pepper 50g/2oz Butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7 and butter large 4 squares of double thickness aluminium foil.
2. Lay two pumpkin pieces on each piece of foil, dot with pats of butter and season well with black pepper.
3. Fold each square of foil into parcels, turning the edges over 2 or 3 times to seal in the pumpkin and bake for 30-45 minutes or until tender. Serve hot.
