Stump Veg HT ACC English 40mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Accompaniment Gluten Wheat free England British Europe
Ingredients 225g/8oz Carrots 225g/8oz Swede 225g/8oz Potatoes 25g/1oz Butter 150ml/5fl.oz. Milk Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions 1. Peel and slice the carrots, swede and potatoes. Place in a pan of boiling water and cook for 25 minutes until soft. Drain well. 2. Return to the pan and mash together, adding the milk, butter salt and pepper. Serve hot.
