Ingredients
450g/1lb Cooked Laver bread (Laver
100g/4oz Oatmeal
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
1.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the laverbread and the oatmeal.
2.
Form into cakes (patties) , about 5cm/2 inches across 2cm3/4 inch in thickness, flattening
with a palette knife or the palm of your hand.
3. Heat the oil until very hot then fry the laver cakes for 2 minutes on each side. Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
