Hot Vegetarian Hors d'oeuvre Appetizer Starter Gluten Wheat Free
Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1. Preheat the
oven to 190C, 375F, Gas mark 5 and lightly grease 4 individual ramekins
or similar ovenproof dishes.
2. Melt the
butter in a pan, then pour into the four dishes, reserving a quarter of it
for later. Add the onions and tomato slices, season, place on a baking tray and
bake for 10 minutes.
3. Add one egg
to each ramekin, sprinkle with salt and pepper, grated cheese and
the remaining melted butter. Return to the oven and bake for a further 10
minutes. Serve immediately.
