Vegetarian Hors d'oeuvre Starter Appetizer Meze Turkey

Pitted Olives, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 small Onion, grated
1 teasp Salt
4 Pitta Breads
1. Preheat the
oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan, add the
remaining ingredients and sauté gently for 5-10 minutes until the onions are
soft and transparent.
2. Spread mixture onto pita bread place on baking sheets and bake in the oven
for 10 minutes.
3. Cut into
fingers and serve hot.
