Radish and Cheese Spread Veg CD HD PFC 10mins plus chilling
Serves 6 Cold Vegetarian Vegetables Herbs Starter Hors d'oeuvre Appetizer Party Food Buffet Eggless
Ingredients 350g/12oz Cream Cheese 150ml/5fl.oz. Single Cream 2 tbsp Fresh Fines Herbes 12 Radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced Salt and Black Pepper Thin slices of Brown Bread to serve
Instructions
1. Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and gradually beat in the cream, herbs and half the radishes.
2. Pile the mixture onto the middle of a serving platter and form into a mound.
3. Decorate with the reserved slices of radish. Chill for 2 hours.
4. Serve chilled with brown bread.
