Russian Name: Salat Iz Yaits
Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Vegetables Starter
Appetizer Hors d’oeuvre Russia Europe
90ml/3fl.oz. Plain Yoghurt
1 teasp Hot ready made Mustard
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
6 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped Spring Onion (green parts only)
1 tbsp finely chopped Pimento to Garnish
1. Place the mayonnaise, yoghurt, mustard, salt and garlic in a small mixing
bowl and mix well.
2. Place the egg and spring onion in a serving bowl then add the mayonnaise
mixture and mix well.
Garnish with the pimiento just before serving.
