Medium Asparagus Spears, trimmed Instructions 1. Preheat the grill to medium hot and line the grill pan
with aluminium foil. 2. Place the oil, soy sauce, garlic and sesame seeds in a
small mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. 3. Place the asparagus in the line grill pan, brush with
the soy sauce mixture, season with salt and pepper and cook under the grill for
about 10 minutes, turning and basting with the soy mixture several times, until
just tender and browned.
