Spiced Olives Veg CD HD PFC Moroccan 5mins plus marinating

Ingredients 1 teasp Cumin Seeds 1 teasp Fennel Seeds 1 teasp Coriander Seeds ¼ teasp Ground Cardamom A pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes A pinch Ground Nutmeg a pinch Ground Cinnamon 1 tbsp Olive Oil 225g/8oz Green Olives 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Orange Juice 3 Garlic cloves, crushed
Instructions
1. In a small frying pan, heat together spices and olive oil for 2 minutes until aromatic.
2. Remove from the heat, add the olives and stir to coat well.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours: the longer the better: up to 3 weeks.
4. To serve - drain and bring to room temperature.
