Serves 4     Cold Vegetarian Vegetables   Starter Appetizer Hors d’oeuvre   Russia Europe

Ingredients
2 Medium Cooked Beetroot, chopped
4 Medium Boiled Potatoes, chopped
3 Pickled Cucumbers, chopped
2 Boiled Carrots, chopped
100g/4oz Green Peas, cooked and cooled
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt and Black Pepper

Instructions


1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
