Fried Goats Cheese with Caramelised Pears Veg

Ingredients:
25g/2oz Butter
2 tbsp Soft Brown Sugar 2 Pears, peeled and cored
2 tbsp Lemon Juice 50g/2oz Sesame seeds 2 Round Goat's Cheeses (about 100g/4oz each)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Watercress to garnish
Instructions
1.
Cut each pear into 8 wedges.
2.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the sugar. Cook over a high heat until
caramelised then add the pear
wedges, reduce the heat and cook
gently until soft. Stir in the lemon juice.
3.
Cut the goats cheeses in half and coat with the sesame seeds.
4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan add the goats cheese and fry for two minutes on each side.
5. To serve - place the fried cheese on a bed of watercress and top with the caramelised pears. Spoon any remaining juices over the top and serve immediately.
