Mushrooms with Basil Veg
Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian
Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
375g/13oz Button Mushrooms, wiped clean
Salt and Black Pepper
¼ teasp Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp freshly chopped Parsley
1 tbsp freshly chopped Basil
Crusty Bread to serve
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic and sauté over a medium heat
until soft and golden.
Raise the heat, add the mushrooms and continue to sauté over a high heat for a
few minutes until softened.
Add the salt, black pepper, cayenne, parsley and basil and continue to
cook for 1-2 minutes stirring constantly. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
