Savoury Baked Eggs Veg HT HD English 25mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Hors d'oeuvre Appetizer Starter Gluten Wheat Free England British Europe
Ingredients: 1 Onion, finely chopped 2 Tomatoes, sliced 50g/2oz Butter Salt and Pepper 4 Eggs 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 190C, 375F, Gas mark 5 and lightly grease 4 individual ramekins or similar ovenproof dishes.
2. Melt the butter in a pan, then pour into the four dishes, reserving a quarter of it for later. Add the onions and tomato slices, season, place on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
