175g/6oz Broccoli Florets, lightly steamed
3 Artichoke Hearts, chopped
50g/2oz Olives, sliced
2 Green Capsicum (sweet pepper), deseeded and cut into rings
1. Preheat the
oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7 and oil 2 25cm/10-inch pizza pans.
2. Lightly roll
out the dough into 2 25cm/10-inch circles, place on pizza pan and pinch
the edges to form a rim.

vegetables on the sauce, ending with the peppers.
4. Bake for 15-20
minutes until the crust is brown and crisp. Serve hot.
