Broccoli and Artichoke Pizza Veg HT MC 35mins
Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Main Course
Ingredients 2 Pizza
Crust
1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7 and oil 2 25cm/10-inch pizza pans.
2. Lightly roll out the dough into 2 25cm/10-inch circles, place on pizza pan and pinch the edges to form a rim.
3. Spread the sauce on the dough to within 2.5cm/1" of the rims and arrange the vegetables on the sauce, ending with the peppers.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is brown and crisp. Serve hot.
