For the filling
2 tbsp Cream
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
2 tbsp Freshly chopped Parsley
2 tbsp Finely chopped Spring Onion
the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4.
2. Place the
filling ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Divide the
filling between the pancakes and roll each pancake up. Place in an
ovenproof gratin dish and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes only, until heated
through. Serve immediately.
