Ingredients 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 Onion, finely chopped Instructions 1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the onion, garlic and chilies
and sauté until softened. 2. Add the pumpkin and potatoes to the pan plus a little water ,
cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time, or
until the pumpkin and potatoes are tender. 3. Add the cream and cheese and heat gently for 3-5 minutes stirring constantly. Serve hot.
