Tofu Teriyaki    Veg HT MC 10mins plus marinating

Serves 4    Hot Vegetarian  Vegan  Main Course  Dairy Free  Eggless

Ingredients
675g/1 lb Firm Tofu, cut into 2.5cm/1-inch thick slices
150ml/5fl.oz. Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions

1. Place the tofu slices in a shallow dish, pour over the teriyaki sauce and leave to marinate for 1 hour, turning once.

2. Preheat the grill to hot. Place the tofu on the grill and cook for 3 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining sauce. Serve hot.
