Deep Fried Eggs Veg HT MC 15mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Main Course Gluten Wheat Dairy Free
Ingredients: Oil for frying 8 Eggs Salt and PepperInstructions 1. Half fill a frying pan with oil and heat until very hot but not smoking - about 180C/350F.
2. VERY CAREFULLY swirl the oil around with a spoon then very carefully break an egg into the moving oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes basting all the time and turning the egg twice.
3. Remove the egg from the pan, drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Keep warm whilst you cook the remaining eggs in the same way. Serve immediately.
