Dolcelatte and Broccoli Quiche Veg HT MC 50mins Serve 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Savoury Tart Main Course
Ingredients: 225g/8oz Cheese Shortcrust Pastry 1 tbsp chopped Onions 75g/3oz Broccoli Florets 75g/3oz Dolcelatte Cheese, grated 175g/6oz Natural Yoghurt 2 Eggs Salt and Black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the to 200C, 400F, Gas mark 6. Roll out the pastry and use to line a 20cm /8 inch flan case. Line with greaseproof paper, fill with baking beans and bake for 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the broccoli florets and blanch for 4 minutes.
3. Sprinkle the onions and Dolcelatte over the pastry base, and arrange the broccoli florets on top. Beat together the yogurt and eggs, season to taste and pour into the flan case.
4. Return to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until set and golden.
